A lot of work - creative and in the trenches - went into this site - and the business Free From Real Estate.

I figured out what I needed at the start - and then I forgot one thing.

That’s the way it goes.  C’est La Vie as the French say.  The way the French speak - it sounds like it didn’t matter - that’s kinda fun to say sometimes.

I didn’t know much about most of what I was doing - and new projects require new systems - from the technology side - even email.  It all takes time and attention.  I gave all my focus but of course it could’ve been easier.

That made me think of all the front line people I have known over the years - many of them loan processors.  I’ve known a number of really high caliber ones - they’re amazing people.  They know how to get things done.  The good ones make a good loan officer great.  The bad ones wreck the whole ship.  The great ones are worth all the tea in China.

Hey - folks - if you are one of those people and have serious entreprenurial spirit - listen up.  Either on the side - evenings or part of the day - I believe there are legitimate online businesses like mine who could use consistent and focused support.

The freedom factor is a great reason to explore if I might be onto something.  Remember - I am always thinking about Freedom.  That’s what I teach.  Someone might want this to hedge the uncertainty they have in their current job or to make extra income in a bad economy.  On another level - there’s more than just a job here.

That might be for another discussion.  Whatever you are after - there’s a business out there with your name on it if that’s what you are looking for.  I’m not thinking of some canned business designed to sell you at your expense for someone else’s profit.  Real businesses meet real needs and I had a real need for someone excellent.  Think about that.  And while you’re pondering the possibilities - the Johnson file wants to move the closing up from a week from Thursday to tomorrow 8AM.  Multi-taskers only need apply.
