Realtors - the same goes for you.  If you aren’t doing the same for your clients - you aren’t thinking outside the box at ALL.

Allow me a brief rant here.  I will anyway.

All year long, I’ve heard loan originators and agents befuddled, “I have some preapproved buyers.  There’s just no urgency.”

Trust me, I get that.  I know it’s frustrating.  I’m not indicting the people who’ve said this …

We all have.  Its just the do nothing attitude for the climate that is already here that gets me.

I really hate when a client gets lost out there and at some point - they’re gone.  They actually go do something and - out of the blue - they went with someone else.  Often for no good reason.  Sometimes we look back and say - I never would have let them buy THAT house - or I never would have put them in THAT loan.  Its true, but…
